Veteran-owned. Founder-led. Built to last.

UpRyzze is a veteran-owned company led by founder Joshua Moorehead. Every engagement runs through him personally, and the team he has built around him does the work with the same standards he does.

Most agencies hide their leadership behind a gallery of headshots and a contact form. We do it the other way around. I lead UpRyzze personally. I know every customer by name. I sit in on every kickoff, every major decision, and every conversation that matters. The team around me handles the build, the hosting, and the day-to-day, but the standards are mine and the relationship is mine. If something goes wrong, you are not filing a ticket. You are calling me.

I served in the United States Air Force, and everything I have done since has been shaped by it. I hold a bachelor's degree and an MBA, along with a handful of industry certifications I worked hard for. I have served in executive positions at fast-growing, highly regulated companies. I have worked inside small trade startups, Fortune 500 enterprises, federal agencies, and nonprofits. I have seen how businesses run at every size and every level of chaos, and I have seen what actually makes them work.

Outside of UpRyzze, I sit on the board of my local youth sports league. I care about my community the same way I care about the businesses in it. This is not a side hustle. This is what I do every day, and I love it.

UpRyzze started as a favor for a friend. He was a real small business owner, frustrated by the DIY website scene and burned by one too many agencies. I built him what he actually needed. Somewhere in the middle of that project I realized nobody else was doing this, and the idea for a real company started there.

DIY website tools are a trap. They sell you a weekend project and hand you a second job. You spend your evenings wrestling plugins, watching tutorials, and duct-taping a pile of free trials together just to get basic functionality working. Then once the site is finally up, someone tells you it is not findable and tries to sell you search engine optimization for four figures a month. That is the system most small business owners are stuck inside, and it is garbage.

Small business owners deserve better than this. They deserve a partner who actually cares about their business the way they do. That is why UpRyzze exists, and that is what we are building.

Your website is a functional arm of your business, not a brochure.

In 2026, web presence and technology are survival requirements. Your site should scale with you, run with you, and get stronger as you grow. If it cannot do that, it is holding you back whether you see it yet or not.

A real partner beats a cheap vendor every time.

You should be able to call someone who knows your business by name. Not a ticket queue. Not a chatbot. Not an offshore handoff. You should get the people who built the thing, because they are the only ones who can actually fix it.

You should only hire people who know what they are doing.

Too many companies are making money off small business owners who do not know what questions to ask. We refuse to be one of them. Every dollar spent with UpRyzze goes toward something the business can actually use, not a retainer for a service nobody understands.

Want to talk?

If any of this sounds like the kind of company you want behind your business, the next step is a short intake. I read every one personally. You will hear back from someone on the team within two business days, and from me directly at kickoff.
